For PSP/PSVita users:

2. Put ULJS-00293.db inside /SEPLUGINS/TempAR/cheats

3. When inside the game you'll need to press R+HOME to open TempAR, the tab should be [Cheater].

How to fix the graphics (PPPSSPP)
PPSSPP 1.19.3 (the current newest mainline build as of writing) has broken the water and heat haze effects within the game. We reached out to the team and they issued a fix in their dev builds. These fixes are not available in 1.19.3, so here's a link to the relevant dev build until a new mainline build comes out with the fixes. Linux/Steam Deck users may have to compile it themselves or use the Windows build and run it via Proton.
